The Rivière des Mille-Iles runs alongside fifteen municipalities in Montreal’s North Shore region. In addition to beautifying the landscape, the river supplies some 400,000 people with drinking water from the various drinking water production plants along its banks. Rivière des Mille-Îles: river condition and wastewater management
Your participation in this survey contributes to the study project: “Evaluation of citizens’ knowledge and preferences for wastewater management in the Mille-Îles River watershed”. A project led by an inter-university team composed of Maxence Collado, a student in the Université de Sherbrooke’s Development Economics doctoral program, with the participation of : Sarah Dorner, Françoise Bichai and Dominique Claveau-Mallet, all professors in the Civil, Geological and Mining Engineering Department at Polytechnique Montréal, and Jie He, professor in the Economics Department at Université de Sherbrooke.
