The C.I.EAU is an interpretation centre entirely dedicated to the water resource. Our mission is to raise awareness about the responsible use and protection of water. As scientific educators, our programs are designed for everyone from 5 years and up! In order to fulfill our mission, we hold several museum and/or art exhibits each year. We also organize conferences and events. Finally, we welcome many school groups to our famous AquaLab!
Although C.I.EAU is a non-profit organization, it is important for us to keep our fees affordable. We want to ensure that everyone can access our facility. The regular price is $10 per adult or $20 per family (4 people).
To fully enjoy the experience, plan on spending 3 hours. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the permanent exhibit, the temporary exhibit and the small science experiments in the AquaLab. For a visit to our exhibit only, 1 hour and 30 minutes is necessary.
The permanent exhibit is suitable for all ages from 6 years old. We offer two rallies to enhance your visit to the museum. Staff members are always available to answer your questions, if needed.
Before your arrival at the C.I.EAU, it is recommended to reserve your visit by calling us at 450-963-6463 or writing to [email protected]. It is possible to pay for tickets at the reception desk. We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit card and credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Before you come, consult our opening hours to make sure we are available to welcome you. Upon your arrival, one of our employees will give you a warm welcome and explain the details of your visit. A checkroom is available for your personal belongings.

No: Everyone is welcome to visit us! We have educational activities dedicated to school groups. However, the museum tours and some of the AquaLab activities are available to the general public. And most of our events are dedicated to the general public!
The C.I.EAU has the rating “Accessible” from the Kéroul organization. We have taken all the necessary steps so that everyone can come to see us.
It’s possible to leave strollers at the bottom of the stairs when you enter or to take them upstairs using our elevator. When you arrive at the C.I.EAU, do not hesitate to call us at 450 963-6463 to request assistance, if needed.
The C.I.EAU accepts that visitors be accompanied by service animals, provided that they have a valid certification.

The C.I.EAU has the rating “Accessible” from the Kéroul. (lien vers page de l’organisme) Any person accompanying a person in need will be exempted from all C.I.EAU visit fees. We ask that you present a valid card, on-site, from a recognized organization, attesting to this accompaniment.
